Step one: Make your appointment. Phone the Firm at 928-753-7100 or send an email to setup an appointment with my assistant.
Step two: Gather your documents and prepare for the meeting. Its advisable to prepare a list of questions for the attorney so you can remember them during the meeting. Documents may also be emailed or faxed to the firm.
Step three: Payment – This is pretty easy, you can pay prior to your appointment by credit card (below) or when you come into the office. Consultations for bankruptcy are free (click here). Other types of in office consultations, i.e. family law, civil law, etc., require payment.

To resolve a legal matter or move on to the next step in a legal action, sometimes the only thing you need is an answer to a few questions – but many times it requires advice from an attorney licensed in the State of Arizona.
My legal advice by phone or email gives you an affordable, convenient way to obtain the professional advice you need for minor legal issues or for help with local issues when you reside out of this area.
Office consultations allow you to express complicated details of an issue directly with the attorney in a face to face meeting.

How It Works:
- Select your preferred communication method above by clicking on the ‘PayPal’ button, and purchase my Legal Advice by phone or e-mail.
- After payment, phone the office at 928-753-7100 and confirm and/or setup a specific time to discuss your legal issues with me. Be prepared to provide your full name, relevant documents, and a brief description of the case to my receptionist as she will need to check for any conflicts and prepare me for the meeting.
- I will answer your questions, address your concerns and provide guidance as appropriate. All communications between you and my firm are strictly confidential.
I will also:
- Review the information you provide.
- Communicate with you to clarify questions, obtain additional information if needed and provide preliminary advice.
- Explain how the law applies to you and outline the steps you can take to resolve your situation.
I may also provide:
- Advice about alternative means to resolve your dispute, including recommending mediation and arbitration, when appropriate;
- Advice about your legal rights;
- Information about procedures for filing or serving documents (if applicable);
- Referral to one or more attorneys who can provide full-service representation if you need it.
My advice by e-mail or phone is limited to one “incident” which is defined as a single legal matter which requires one or more legal answers for resolution. If extensive legal advice is needed and falls beyond the scope of this offering, and/or your situation materially changes, an additional fee may be required. I or a member of my staff will promptly inform you if / or when this is applicable.
